My Experience:
I’m a certified SFG I (StrongFirst Girya Level 1) instructor – a globally respected standard in kettlebell instruction. StrongFirst is known for its rigorous standards, and my training through them ensures you’re learning from someone who prioritizes safety, efficiency, and performance.
Before I began coaching with kettlebells, I trained and competed as a powerlifter. I’ve spent years under the bar chasing absolute strength — and I still value that. But over time, I became increasingly drawn to the simplicity and versatility of the kettlebell. One tool, used well, can develop strength, power, mobility, and conditioning — all without needing a full gym setup.
Kettlebell training brought new depth to my understanding of strength. It taught me how to move better, train smarter, and build a more resilient body. Now, I help others do the same.
