About the event


Rope Flow Foundations is a five-week program designed to build smoother movement, better coordination, and stronger, more athletic posture. You’ll learn the core patterns step-by-step, develop confidence with the rope, and build a practice you can continue on your own.

This course is beginner-friendly. No rhythm, mobility, or training background required. Just show up ready to learn.


Duration: 5 weeks

Format: One session per week

Who it’s for: Anyone wanting to move better, feel more athletic, and add a low-impact skill to their training

Equipment: Rope ordered through myself prior to course commencing
